Knead dough from these ingredients.
Plum (me/m) to defrost. Clean from the bones.
For the cream: beat egg yolks + sugar + starch + sour cream. I added a pinch of cinnamon. But it's not for everybody. Put the dough in the form, to make bumpers. Plum on the dough and gently fill it with cream. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
While baking, make the meringue. It will beat into a soft mousse whites with sugar until stable peaks. Almost ready to put the pie meringue. With a fork make a pattern. The main thing that the cream and meringue do NOT mix. Then it will be beautiful and delicious.
And send our pie in the oven. Bake until ready. Get out of shape when cooled.
Do not rush to cut! After complete cooling the filling becomes thicker ( as if gelled). Ugh, I do not know how to speak. In General, if You cut the pie hot, the filling will be watery.
