Tomatoes washed and filled for a couple of minutes with hot water.
Cleanse them from the skin.
Cut in half and cut out the thick, white part.
Tomatoes sliced half-rings.
Thin rings and half rings sliced cucumbers.
On a coarse grater rubbed carrot.
Cooked dressing. In a bowl put the chili sauce, rubbed with garlic, pour soy sauce, butter and squeezed lemon juice. The dressing mix.
And poured it in the salad.
To the salad you can file any meat, herbs and vegetables.
For serving dishes I roasted in olive oil and boiled potatoes. Before I put the potatoes in the oil, it was in full swing with two chopped cloves of garlic. The salad juicy and very tasty!
