Description
Salad of young cabbage with tomatoes, carrots, lemon, onion and garlic. The salad is dressed with KIKKOMAN soy sauce, lemon juice, sunflower oil and red pepper. A great snack. Love the salad, when it stand in the fridge overnight, although delicious at once.

Cooking
Cabbage finely shinkuem.
Put in a large bowl, so it was convenient to mix. Put the sugar and salt, beat malkoy that cabbage gave juice.
Lemon slices I cut on chetvertushka, and can be smaller.
Carrots rubbed on a medium grater.
Tomato cut in small dice.
Onion cut half rings, and garlic finely chopped.
All the vegetables put the cabbage, added the lemon juice and stir.
Poured the soy sauce. Add sunflower oil. Here it is not necessary to add - it will still be delicious and not so nutritious.
Pepper red chilli pepper. All is well connected.
Shifted in a bowl with a lid and put it in the fridge. Eat cabbage now, but I like the present.
