Easy liver pate

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Milk

    0.333 cup

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Three carrots on a medium grater, onion finely cut, fry for a few minutes in vegetable oil.

Cut the liver in small pieces. Fry together with carrots and onions, add the parsley (I didn't have fresh, added dried). Cook a few minutes stirring constantly, do not desiccate.

Boil the milk. Liver skip through Mincer or grind in food processor with oil, adding gradually the milk hot, but not boiling water.

Pate is good on sandwiches and as a filling for pies. Bon appetit!!!
