The variation of the Breakfast omelette.

Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Sour cream

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Flour

    1 l

Mushrooms, onions chopped and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Salt, add spices.
