Cooking

step-0
I have left pieces of sponge cake after cooking the cakes. I cut molds the circles, and trim left. For Breakfast I made a gratin of them. The pieces were from the chocolate and white cakes.
step-1
The cranberries defrosted and sorted through the pumpkin clean and cut into small dice.
step-2
Roast the pumpkin in the Sahara, it is winter, and the pumpkin was long preserved. A means, maybe not juicy, add a tablespoon of water.
step-3
When the pumpkin will become softer, put the cranberries, cinnamon and pour in the wine, a little evaporated and turn off.
step-4
Lay out cookie cutters on top of the pieces of broken biscuit.
step-5
Eggs with a small amount of sugar is whipped to a froth.
step-6
step-7
Do not try to cover the cake completely. Uncoated pieces and fry will be crispy, this will give piquancy. Place into the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Brew coffee and eat Breakfast! Bon appetit!
