Sandwiches with keta and grilled vegetables
Delicious summer sandwiches with fresh juicy vegetables and healthy fish, good for picnic and for dinner.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    4 piece

  • Chum

    400 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Lime

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Whiskey

    1 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 handful

  • Pepper white

    1 handful

Cooking

Cut the zucchini slices, onion rings. Tomato rings.

Fish marinated in a whiskey and soy sauce for 20 minutes. I have two pieces of fish, 200 g each, can be cut each piece in half yet, but I did not do, as the fish are too soft and was afraid it will fall apart.

Fry the onions and courgettes on both sides in the grill pan.

Roasted vegetables to shift in a bowl, sprinkle dry oregano and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, mix well.

Fish fry on the grill on two sides until cooked, each slice cut in half lengthwise.

Prepare the filling: mix lime juice (or lemon juice), mayonnaise, mustard.

To assemble the sandwich: bread grease 1 tsp. of the filling, then the onions, zucchini, tomatoes and fish, salt and pepper to taste, add the remaining sauce. Bon appetit!!
