Pie
Actually this cake I always bake with apples or jam, today suddenly decided to make the filling of cottage cheese with raisins. It turned out tender, sweet, cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Vanilla

    2 pack

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Halva

    50 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Knead the dough: beat eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla, add baking soda or baking powder, the flour and soft margarine. Divide the dough into two parts: one bigger, the other smaller. In small part add a little flour and put in the freezer for 20 minutes.

A large part of the test put on a baking tray, greased and hands to make the reservoir.

On top of the dough to spread the filling: cottage cheese whipped with sugar, vanilla and starch (if the cheese dry, add 1 egg) and mixed with washed raisins.

The cheese to RUB a little of the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

When the threshold is ready, sprinkle it grated halwa and icing sugar and put back in oven for 5-7 minutes under a top light.
