Quinoa with salsa or yogurt-shrimp
Turned out two completely different taste sensations of dishes from one vegetable bases. Quinoa framed by bright, juicy vegetables for fasting. For those who post don't keep shrimp with a sauce of homemade yogurt.

QUINOA to cook according to the instructions on the package, that is add water in the ratio 1:2, bring to the boil, remove the fire to low and cook for 15-20 minutes, until fully absorbed liquid.
