Description

The cream of cod liver with cream cheese
Very simple to prepare but very tasty snack.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Cheese curd

    70 g

  • Cod liver oil

    125 g

  • Bow white

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onion very finely chopped. Sprinkle with lemon juice, set aside to marinate.

Drain the oil from cod liver. Mash with a fork the cream cheese, add liver, mix well until smooth. Add the onion, season with salt and pepper.

Mayonnaise. Before serving store in refrigerator. Very tasty with olives, sun-dried tomatoes, capers and rye bread.

Can be served in portion spoons for those who do not eat bread products.
