Oatmeal cake with bananas
Delicate cake, melting in your mouth! Air and juicy. Simple to prepare, as if an afterthought. And quickly eaten.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    150 ml

  • Cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Liqueur

    1 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    1 cup

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

Nuts (any) chop and lightly fry in a dry pan.

Mix flour, oatmeal, 4 tbsp sugar and nuts. Add the sour cream and cream. Knead the dough and let it stand for 30 minutes.

Finely chop the banana. Prunes (pre-soaked) drain, dry and finely chop too (if you want you can add shredded coconut, I don't love her). Stir, adding 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.

Divide the dough into two parts. One roll out and place on a greased baking sheet. From top to put the stuffing. Cover with the second Korzh.

Bake in moderately hot oven (150-160) for 40 minutes.
