Cakes
The idea of cakes "A La Ant" was born when I had to transport to another city favorite cake as a gift. Turned out not less tasty!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    280 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    20 g

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Condensed milk

    2 can

  • Hazelnuts

    6 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    150 g

  • Mac

Cooking

Mix sour cream, melted butter (120g), eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, flour with baking powder. Knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 9 equal pieces and roll balls.

Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and put into the freezer for an hour.

Grate the frozen dough on a coarse grater.

Distribute evenly on parchment paper.

Bake for about 15 mins (180C) until Golden brown.

Breaks into medium size pieces.

Prepare the cream: butter (160 g) whisk with sugar and add the milk. Stir.

Add the cream of crushed (!) roasted hazelnuts.

Mix the crumbs and the cream and form balls. Every dip them in chocolate chip and Mac. Let cool in the fridge for a few hours.
