Irish casserole
Famous Irish casserole a little different way. Almost shepherd's pie, but this recipe is not found. Delicious, flavorful, juicy.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    700 g

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Dry red wine

    70 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Basil

    1 pinch

  • Spices

Peel the potatoes, boil until tender.

Onions and garlic peel, finely chop. In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil and fry the onion, garlic, 5 min.

Add mince, cook, stirring and stretching the lumps with a fork, 15 minutes.

Pour into the skillet the tomatoes in their own juice, if the whole tomatoes, gently mash them with a fork, the skin, if any, it is better to remove

Pour red wine, add the frozen green beans. Salt and pepper to taste. Add to the meat with the vegetables, a pinch of dried Basil and simmer over medium heat for 10 min.

Put boiled carrot, sliced in the skillet to the stuffing, heat all together for 3 min.

Potatoes mash into a puree.
