Meatballs
Burgers are always great, well it's burgers. But, adding a gas station, "To Pickle" from MADD, you can make it even tastier. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Pork

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Dressing

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Beef and pork cleaned from veins, wash, dry and grind in a meat grinder through a fine lattice. Miss twice ( left once, right twice ); second time to add the onion.

In forcemeat to add a gas station, "To Pickle"from MADD, do not add salt. if desired, add ground black pepper.

Add sour cream for richness.

Forcemeat mix thoroughly and beat until smooth.

Divide the stuffing into 10 parts, 80 p. with Wet hands formed into patties and lay them on dampened surface.

Be breaded in breadcrumbs.

Fry on both sides over medium heat in boiling vegetable oil for 2 to 4 minutes.

Burgers to put in an ovenproof container and put it in the oven (10 minutes at 190 degrees) or microwave (2 minutes at a power of 600).
