Fried zucchini with garlic and yogurt sauce
Once again, I wanted to remember one of the many flavors of the summer, the taste of zucchini, grilled with garlic and fresh herbs. The grill and fresh herbs I have not found, but this does not affect the taste of the snack. Also very helpful was a creamy sauce with salmon! Bon appetit, AA.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    260 g

  • Garlic

    2 share

  • Basil

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

  • Yogurt

    65 g

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Salmon

    35 g

-Wash zucchini and cut into circles: try to make the slices were the same thickness. -Garlic finely chopped, dried Basil grind into powder, mix with garlic and salt.

-Each circle zucchini liberally to oil and garlic mixture.

-Fry on each side 4-5 minutes, until the mug will not become softer.

-For the sauce mix the yogurt with the mustard. Fish cut into very small squares, and mix with yogurt. -Put the sauce on the zucchini.
