Very easy brown bread
I wanted homemade bread and all the recipes that came to hand was troublesome, and turned out of rye flour very little. Decided to improvise a bit. It was very tasty and ridiculously simple.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    6 piece

  • Flour barley

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Water

    1 l

  • Flour

  • Sugar

    3 tsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

Leaven need to do in advance, as everyone knows. And I came up with the idea to just try to fill in the pieces of bread with warm water and knead into this "starter" dough. And so I did. filled bread slices in warm water, let them swell and added the dry yeast, sugar and salt.

Waited until the yeast going and kneaded not very stiff dough with the addition of barley flour. Covered the bowl with a towel and went to sleep.

So my dough looked like in the morning. Now just to assemble it with wet hands on a baking sheet, give it a round shape and bake. 35-40 minutes later the bread was ready. You only have to moisten it with water and put to cool under a towel. I baked it at 185 degrees.
