Prepare the dough. Margarine leaves with flour, baking soda, citric acid until homogeneous. Then add the egg and cold water, knead a tight dough. Put in a cool place for an hour. Make starting: cut Onion into half rings, fry in butter (30 g), add the bacon cut into cubes, fry until Golden brown
