Cooking
The liver is cut along the breast into strips and pickle in soy sauce with your favorite spices. I have oregano.
Olives cut in half the tomatoes into quarters, the cucumber into strips, onion - half rings and pickle it in Apple cider vinegar. Slices of Mandarin peel from the films.
On the dish lay out washed and dried lettuce, pickled onions and cucumber.
Put the olives and fried on both sides on high heat, breast, and liver.
Prepare sauce of olive oil and soy sauce and pour salad.
