Salad with corn and zucchini
The recipe for this salad I saw in a magazine "About the kitchen". In the annotation stated that this is a favorite salad of actress Eva Longoria. Try? And unusual method of cooking corn in the microwave I was advised by my colleague.

  • Zucchini

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Chickpeas

    0.5 can

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

  • Vinegar

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

From canned chickpeas drain the fluid. If the chickpeas are not found you may replace it with peanuts.

Zucchini cut into cubes, onion - half rings, lettuce shred.

Zucchini season with salt and pepper, fry in 1 tbsp olive oil until tender, cool.
