Salad with baked potatoes
The combination of side dish and salad gives excellent result, so to speak two in one. Interesting and unusual taste.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.25 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Red onion

  • Potatoes

  • Olive oil

  • Arugula

  • Basil

    0.25 cup

  • Parsley

    0.25 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Greens wash and dry. Parsley and Basil chopped. I didn't have fresh Basil, I added 1 tbsp dry.

To connect the greens with the potatoes. The potatoes should be slightly warm, but in any case not hot. Pour dressing and mix well.
