Description

Salad with cherries, goat cheese and pistachios
Lightweight (in all senses) and very tasty salad which combines multiple shades of different tastes.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Spinach

    2 cup

  • Arugula

    2 cup

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Cherry

    1 cup

  • Goat cheese

    50 g

  • Pistachios

    0.333 cup

Cooking

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and half a large orange. Garlic skip through the press.

In a jar mix all the ingredients for the sauce, close the jar with a lid and shake well all ingredients combined. The sauce for the salad is ready.

Cut onion into thin strips. Cherries divide into halves and remove pits.

Pistachios are a little chopped and lightly browned in a dry hot pan.

Spinach and arugula wash and dry with a paper towel ( we sold the greens already washed and dry, who in the same way that washing again of course not necessary). Measure out the right amount of greenery. If you come across large leaves, colors of hands. Connecting the greens in a separate bowl.
