I don't think that will surprise you with a recipe for this cake, just want to share a recipe for a quick, delicate sponge cake with meringue.

Cooking
Beat eggs until a rich lather for 10 minutes. Gradually add sugar, still whisking, then add the sifted starch.
The resulting mixture pour into a baking dish (I had 2), pre-sprinkled them with flour.
Bake biscuits at 200 degrees for 15 minutes without opening the oven. Then leave in an open oven for 10 minutes.
Cut the biscuits, carefully take out the pulp, leaving the sides, so the cream is not poured. In advance, prepare the sour cream. Whisk sour cream with sugar and cooled.
The pulp is put back, pour cream, close, cake placed on the cake (as you want). Prepare the meringue. Whisk the whites with the sugar until stiff, pour the cake and put in oven for 15 minutes on medium heat.
