Cooking
Ingredients duck stew with cabbage and beans.
Wash beans, add cold water, cook until Al dente.
Duck washed, cut the fat. The fat cut into small pieces. Duck cut into pieces.
Put duck meat into the pan, add the cut duck fat.
Fry the duck on intense fire to a beautiful Golden brown.
Onion cut into half rings.
In a pan with duck meat add chopped onion half rings. The pan back on the heat, cover, simmer duck until soft on low heat. Add salt to taste.
Fresh cabbage chopped into strips of medium size, add to the pan of duck meat. Sauerkraut or pickled cabbage if necessary, rinse, add to the duck meat and fresh cabbage, simmer until soft.
For 7-10 mins until cooked meals, add black ground pepper, sweet bell pepper, spicy dried herbs and Bay leaf. The pan cover with lid, simmer on low heat.
Boiled beans, rinse in cold water.
Add the ready boiled beans with stewed duck meat and cabbage to the pan, cover and simmer for further 2-3 min.
Braised duck with cabbage and beans are ready. Bon appetit!
