Chicken in a spicy marinade

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

You must first prepare the marinade. Melt the butter in the microwave or in a saucepan, add the soy sauce (I used soy sauce TM Kikkoman). With a whisk or in a blender whip until smooth.

Add favorite spices and seasonings. I used dry Italian herbs and black pepper. If necessary, add salt, given that the marinade added soy sauce. I salt was not added, because soy sauce have enough salt.

Chicken pieces place in a bowl, add the marinade and mix well. The bowl cover or tighten with cling film, leave to marinate for 30-60 minutes at room temperature.

Lay chicken pieces in a baking dish in a single layer along with the marinade. On top of the chicken evenly spread the remaining thickened marinade.

Gherkins roughly chopped, small can be left whole. To the chicken add the gherkins, olives and Bay leaf. The thrill can add hot pepper. Chicken soup to warm up and pour into the form.
