Chicken hearts
Chicken hearts need the menu always! Potatoes, or buckwheat cook sometimes. With any side dish delicious! And satisfying, no doubt! And with rice and cabbage for dinner and lunch! Want friends to offer you, with a carrot, onion put out! Simple folk will be our recipe! Products normal not a secret!

Ingredients

  • The pie

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Products. The number of products at your discretion, the main thing that was enough butter.

Hearts washed, cleaned of blood vessels and ducts, cut in half lengthwise, put in a saucepan, cover with cold water and put to boil

When the water boils, remove the foam, add salt and Bay leaf and cook until tender. Usually boiled 30 minutes, but I like to cook them longer.

Onion cut into half rings, garlic slices

Carrots grate on a coarse grater

When the hearts are cooked, preheat a frying pan butter, add a little vegetable

To get the hearts out of the broth, put in pan with oil

Add the onion, garlic and spices

Add the carrots

Stir, cover and simmer (20-25 minutes)

Hearts ready. Serve with your favourite side dish
