Salad with buckwheat and vegetables
Light and very fresh, well, and definitely very useful! After all vegetables, all vitamins, and buckwheat - iron! Buckwheat - the champion of cereals for iron content! So I suggest to increase hemoglobin and saturate the body with vitamins!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Radishes

    4 piece

  • Shallots

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

I used unground buckwheat from the "Mistral"

Pour buckwheat water in the ratio 1:2, add a little salt and boil until tender, cool

This salad is good on a casual table, but it also looks great on the holiday table. Serve it in small liqueur glasses or shot put on top of the pickled onion, the chopped lemon zest and sprig of parsley. So flick of the wrist "the ladies..." Well in General you understood )))
