Salad with sprouts Masha
Sprouts of cereals and legumes is just a storehouse of vitamins. And what more should be tired during a long winter the body? It's hard to imagine how much life force and energy contained in awakened Rostock. But it is not only useful, but tasty food. Sprouts can be cooked a variety of ways, to combine it with sauces, spices and herbs. I want to offer You as one of the options - a salad of sprouts Masha with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Mash

  • Cucumber

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Lemon

  • Garlic

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

First you need to provide for themselves sprouted wave. In principle, it isn't complicated - it is sold in the store. But we are not looking for easy ways, so I germinated it myself with the help of such a device. Mash from TM "Mistral" I have never failed: select, clean and "germination" is excellent.

Sprouts rinse thoroughly. In-store seedling husks from Mary almost never occurs. I have a sprouts "homemade", so the green husks being present in abundance. In the future we gonna get rid of her. But in principle it is possible to leave.

Boil water and pour boiling water sprouts. Leave in hot water for 5 minutes. The whole husk will float and can be quite easy to collect with a slotted spoon and discard.

Chop fresh cucumber in small thin slices.

Tomatoes also cut into small pieces. If they are too watery (and the store it happens often), then remove the seeds and liquid.

Mix the cucumbers and tomatoes and set aside aside. In any case, do not add salt!

Drain the water from the sprouts. Add the ground coriander and garlic, squeeze of lemon juice. I would number leaves 1 lime. This is about 2 tablespoons. But be guided by your taste. Add sugar or honey. Dressing should be a pleasant sweet-sour taste. Then add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix well. Adjust the taste of saltiness, sweetness and acid.

Now came the cucumbers and tomatoes. Mix them with the sprouts. And place on a platter. Bon appetit!
