Warm spicy beet salad
Spicy fragrant salad, where we use "and everything".. Baked beets, aromatic herbs, orange dressing... simple and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Beetroot leaves

    400 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Yogurt

  • Orange juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Thyme

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Trim the beets, stems and roots, wash. My beets were very small, I took 6 pieces.

2 cloves of garlic cut into plates, make a cross incision on the base of the beets and put the slices of garlic.

Beets to put on paper for baking, pour 2 tbsp olive oil, sprinkle with abundant oregano, salt and pepper. Carefully spread this mixture beets. If you have large beets-cook each separately.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the beets for 50 minutes until soft.

Put in boiling salted water and boil 20 minutes.

Then recline in a colander to drain all liquid.

Cut into small pieces and add the crushed garlic clove.

Mix all ingredients for sauce, whisk to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Roasted beetroot to peel and slice krupanski pieces. Merge with "wersjami", put the yogurt (you can use cream cheese) and pour orange sauce. Serve immediately... warm!
