Pears in wine
Intoxicated pear, sdobrenija cream - a real French treat. Why should we not mingle with the drunken pear?

Ingredients

  • Pear

    6 piece

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    150 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    0.75 cup

Cooking

Pears wash, peel, cut into quarters, remove the core

In a saucepan melt the butter, add the powdered sugar and stir fry 1 minute

Put pears, fry for 2 minutes. Then pour the wine and stew under a lid until soft but do not overcook. Add sour cream, beat 2 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand.
