Fish with sauerkraut and potatoes
Very tasty, a recipe from my childhood, so I grill the fish even my grandmother. I modified it a bit. Learn a delicious dish with an unusual, pungent flavor. And potatoes are always welcome in any dish.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    5 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 kg

  • Cabbage

    900 g

  • Curry

  • Mayonnaise

    6 Tbsp

Mackerel to gut and rinse. From cabbage to drain the brine, add curry to taste and fry a few minutes on a small amount of vegetable oil (I roasted in the slow cooker).

Mackerel in sea salt with curry, coat with mayonnaise and stuff the cabbage.

Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. In a baking dish put the fish, spread around the potatoes. Grease the potatoes with mayonnaise, top, put the remains of the cabbage, sprinkle with curry. All pour vegetable oil.

Bake 50 min. until tender. Very tasty and flavorful dish.
