Description

This tasty dish is my interpretation of the famous salad.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Pumpkin

    1 slice

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Garnet

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

I know this is very famous dish all do it differently. I like cooking in that way. This time I added a piece of baked pumpkin and I was right - it turned out delicious and very autumnal!

Beets, carrots wash, put together with a piece of pumpkin on the foil.

Vegetables lightly grease with vegetable oil, wrap and bake until soft. Carrots and pumpkin baked about 40 minutes, the beets for 1 hour. Of course, you need to focus on your oven and size of vegetables.

Meanwhile, walnuts have a little bake on a dry pan, chopped.

Peel the vegetables. Carrots and pumpkin grate on a coarse grater, mix with mayonnaise (2-3 tablespoons). Beets also RUB, add mayonnaise and crushed garlic (1 tooth). Salt, season to taste.

Boiled chicken (my meat from the breast) cut into medium-sized pieces. Spread on the bottom of the glasses, slightly compacted, prisolit.
