Millet porridge with mushrooms and cheese
Not quite the usual cooking of cereals, but very wozny result!! Mushrooms don't fry and it gives the porridge a new taste! I suggest to you my dear to try this option millet porridge! It turns out tender, moderately spicy and savory flavor. Come taste and learn!

Ingredients

  • Millet

    2 pack

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Balsamic

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

Cooking

For cooking I took millet "gold" from TM "Mistral"

Cook the millet according to the instructions on the package-25minutes

While the millet cooks, chop the onion and champignons

Mix them in a bowl, season with salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and olive oil

Squeezing the juice of lemon, mix and leave to marinate If the onion is bitter and sharp taste before marinating rinse it with boiling water.

Grate cheese (I used Gouda)

When cooked millet from TM "Mistral" do make it out of the bag in marinated onions with mushrooms. Mix

Do make cheese. Stir again

Bowl cover with a dish or put 1 minute in the microwave (to melt cheese)
