Cooking
Boil the rice until fully cooked. I figure "Orient" from Mistral
Minced meat mixed with cold boiled rice, grated on a fine grater carrots and chopped onions. Season the mince with salt and pepper, mix well and leave for 30 minutes in the refrigerator, covered with film
Zucchini cut into thin strips along with a thin knife or a special grater

Fill them tightly with minced meat
For the sauce, dissolve the butter and lightly fry the flour in it
Pour in the milk and vigorously stir to make a sauce, remove it from the heat, add salt to taste
In the hot sauce and add grated cheese, stir so the cheese is completely dispersed in the sauce
Season the sauce with chopped dill
Zucchini pour sauce gently spreading it so that it fell between all rolls
In this form, place the dish in a hot oven. They are cooked about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. I decided to brown the dish because I wanted a dietary option. But if you love the delicious crust on top - cook until Golden brown!
