A simple recipe, minimal ingredients, the result - delicious! In the recipe there is no salt to add to taste.

  • Potatoes

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

Cut the potatoes into thin slices.

Boil the potato slices in boiling water.

Drain in a sieve.

Drop the potatoes into ice water. Then put potatoes on a dish.
