Lentil salad with shrimp and sun-dried tomatoes
If You haven't tasted the combination of lentils with spicy shrimp and sun-dried tomatoes, you have lost much. I propose to fill the gap and make this delicious salad for the Lenten dinner.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    0.5 cup

  • Lettuce

    0.5 coup

  • Sundried tomatoes

    8 piece

  • Shrimp

    150 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Basil

For salads is well-suited green lentils, large or small, it quickly prepared, not mushy, and retains its shape. Boil the lentils according to the instructions on the package.

While cooking lentils to prepare the remaining ingredients. Small onion cut into half rings. Rinse lettuce, dry, tear by hand. Sun-dried tomatoes finely chop.

I have used prepared shrimp in the oil, but you can boil them frozen.
