Salad from fresh cabbage with blueberries and nuts
Easy to prepare salad of fresh cabbage with blueberries and walnuts. Tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Blueberries

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    70 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

Cabbage thinly slice or chop on a coarse grater, dill finely chop.

In a deep salad bowl combine the cabbage and dill. Add sugar, salt, lemon juice and mix well, let stand 20 minutes, then add the olive oil and mix well.

Blueberries wash, chop walnuts.

The salad I was served in glasses. Salad put layers in this order: cabbage, blueberries, Kale, walnuts, cabbage, blueberries, etc, until it fills the glass.

Sprinkle the salad with dill and garnish with parsley.
