Curd muffins with raspberry jam
Today we offer curd muffins with raspberry filling, tender, flavorful, with a light crispy crust. For the filling you can use different jams (cherry, apricot, agility).

Ingredients

  • Curd

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Margarine

    50 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Orange zest

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Jam

    60 ml

  • Salt

  • Corn flour

    50 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

To turn on the oven to 180 C. beat Eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt.

While continuing to whisk, add the margarine out of the fridge.

Add cheese, continue to beat.

Wheat flour to mix with cornmeal, baking powder, and orange zest.

While continuing to whisk, add the dry mixture to enter the parts.

Here is the dough.

Muffin tin greased with butter, not silicone grease. In molds put 1 tbsp of dough, then incomplete a teaspoon of jam, on top of the dough again 1st. L. Forms to fill 3/4 full.

Bake in preheated oven to 180 C for 20 - 25 minutes until dry kindling (focus on your oven). Cool on a wire rack.
