Filler pie
Delicious pie filling with a pleasant acidity.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 cup

Grate the zest from the lemon, combine with flour and baking powder. Add butter, sugar, egg. Knead the dough.

Put the dough in the form greased with oil. Spread on the surface, forming bumpers. Remove in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Blend cottage cheese, eggs, cream, sugar and starch. Pour onto the chilled dough.

Top sketch red currants. Bake for 20 minutes at t 180°C

Then cover with foil and cook for 40 minutes at t 150°C.

Leave to cool at room temperature. Decorate with berries.
