Description
Bright, saturated bread! Neutral in taste, but bright and crispy dough and a variety of topping for every taste make this bread very attractive! Perfect as an addition to the entrees! Thanks for the idea of the recipe cook marisha!

Cooking
In a bowl, mix the yeast, salt, honey and vegetable oil.
Gradually infusing water, knead a soft, elastic, does not stick to hands dough (water and flour can be adjusted during the kneading).
Roll the dough into a ball. Lubricate Kolobok vegetable oil, put in a bowl. Tighten the top bowl with cling film and put in a warm place to rise for 1.5 hours.
On a sheet of parchment (the size of cookie sheet) roll the dough into a thin layer.
Lightly grease the crust with water. Next, sprinkle poppy seeds, sesame seeds, paprika and sunflower seeds (on this point, you can give your imagination run wild and use any topping - caraway seeds, flax, walnuts, pumpkin seeds...). Go on top with a rolling pin, pressing the topping.
Carefully transfer the parchment with the dough on a baking sheet, cut into strips with a sharp knife. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes until Golden brown.
