Cheese pancakes with parsley
This dish will definitely hook fans to try something new. Taste, indeed, it turns out very original: me and the family recalled salty thin-crust pizza. And pleases the eye with parsley! I think that greenery decorates any dish, but in baking, especially in pancakes (!) it looks like something quite special.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

1. Grate cheese on a fine grater.

2. Parsley wash, dry well, chop finely.

3. Beat eggs with a mixer with salt and sugar into a foam.

4. The milk is slightly warm, pour into egg mixture and mix well.

5. Sift flour, add to milk-egg mixture along with baking powder, beat again.

6. Add cheese, chopped greens, squeezed through a garlic press and pour the oil. Again mix well with a mixer.

7. Fry the pancakes on a heated, oiled one (!) once the pan.

8. Ready pancakes grease a little butter (optional). Bon appetit! :-)
