Cooking
To prepare the products.
Zucchini to grate and put in colander.
Add salt, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes to drain juice.
Chop the onion, mint and dill.
Grate cheese on a grater.
Stir the zucchini in a colander and squeeze a little. Drain off any excess liquid.
Add zucchini to onions, mint, dill, eggs, cheese, pepper and mix well.
With a spoon put the pancakes in a pan with hot oil.
To remove the excess oil put the finished fritters on a paper towel.
