Cooking
My chicken legs, cut into two parts.
Mix soy sauce, black pepper, turmeric, salt.
Smear the chicken with the mixture
and pour light beer, stir. Put the chicken to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
Cover a baking sheet with foil. Remove the chicken from the marinade and lay the slices on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the chicken with olive oil
and bake in the oven mode, "small grill" for about 20-25 minutes. This chicken, marinated in beer, you can prepare a picnic on the grill. To serve you chicken with new potatoes (cut into slices, but not until the end and smeared with garlic and grilled), and with various sauces. I served the chicken with dill sauce: mix sour cream with finely chopped greens, pressed garlic, and salt to taste. Bon appetit!
