Salad with couscous and fennel
I come to you with a recipe for an interesting salad. Switching channels came across the program "cook for 30 minutes", host Jamie Oliver, among a few dishes that he prepared was a salad of couscous and fennel. Decided to make this salad, with a little variation, of course, safely assume that I improved the original recipe, I just focused on the basis and products available in the fridge. Was a very good salad for a dinner for two.

Cooking

step-0
Of these products I will make a salad. Salted lemons and Narsharab sauce homemade.
step-1
A Cup of couscous into a deep bowl and pour two cups of boiling water, mix and add tomato puree (passata) and tomato paste (in original recipe it is assumed tomato paste from tomatoes, sun-dried). Once stirred, cover with lid and forget for a while.
step-2
Fennel was milled with a blender, something like this, as if rubbed on a coarse grater.
step-3
Salted lemon is washed with hot water, finely chop it together with the peel and add to the chopped fennel.
step-4
Finely chop herbs, mint - separately to evenly cover the salad.
step-5
While I was doing fennel, lemon and herbs, cous cous has swollen, each grain was like the egg. I put the grits on a large platter, slightly watered soy sauce.
step-6
Sprinkle half of the chopped herbs.
step-7
On top put the fennel with slices of salted lemon.
step-8
Then, sprinkle the remaining herbs, misted with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sauce Narsharab. To be honest, while I set the table wondered how to take a salad husband. He tried everything separately and criticized: fennel - medicine, Krupa - tasteless and so on, it is not so. Bring the bread, and the feast is in full swing: "all delicious and very tasty!"
