Classic country Caesar
Classic version of all my country of the Caesars! Without poultry and fish. To be honest, initially I wanted to make a real Caesar, according to the rules, with the original sauce. Boil an egg but I simply do not this, moving the five eggs I decided to make a traditional salad. Without all the different supplements he liked me far more, very light but nevertheless filling.

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes

    180 g

  • Sauce

    1.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    0.25 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Lettuce

    170 g

  • Parmesan

    35 g

  • Crackers

    30 g

For the sauce-olive oil mixed with mustard, wustrack sauce, lemon juice and finely chopped garlic until smooth.

Lettuce wash thoroughly, pick small pieces, season with sauce and mix well.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, a piece of cheese to add to the salad, mix again. Tomatoes cut into two part, add to the salad leaves.
