Cookies, peanut pasta
Cookies with a strongly nutty flavor thanks to the addition of peanut butter. Her cakes are always very flavorful and the cookies turns out as it should be in my understanding: in a crisp,"not wood" and smelling delicious. The dough is pliable and it a pleasure to work with.

Ingredients

  • Pasta, peanut

    130 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Topping pastry

Cooking

Crumble the soft butter into sugar.

Grind.

Add the peanut butter.

Pour the vanilla sugar from Dr. Oetker.

Beat in an egg.

Enter the flour with the baking powder from Dr. Oetker and knead shortbread dough, very similar in structure to the clay.

Roll into balls the size of a walnut.

Distribute the balls at a distance (I baked on a silicone Mat), flatten with a fork.

Bake for 12-15 minutes in a preheated 180* the oven.

You can apply and so without frills.

For a more festive flow to coat the top of cookies with honey or syrup and sprinkled with confectionary colored crumb Dr. Oetker.
