Accidentally stumbled upon this recipe on the Internet. I liked the fact that it's quick and easy! And what a smell until care))). Cakes turn out very tender, soft, flavorful.

Ingredients

In a bowl put the sugar, add the egg, slightly beat with whisk.

Add sifted flour with baking powder and salt.

Quickly knead the dough. Flour may take a little more, but don't overdo it. The dough should be soft like plasticine, but not stick to hands.
