Cooking
In a bowl put the sugar, add the egg, slightly beat with whisk.
Add the melted butter. Again, a little whisk.
Add sifted flour with baking powder and salt.
Quickly knead the dough. Flour may take a little more, but don't overdo it. The dough should be soft like plasticine, but not stick to hands.
Put the dough on the baking Mat.
Roll out to a thickness of 5-7 mm. Put the dough in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
While the cake podmetaetsya, make filling. Bananas cut into slices with a thickness of 5 mm. In a bowl, mix coconut, sugar, vanilla and eggs. If suddenly the mass of the coconut is dry, add a bit of milk. But remember that the mass should not be liquid!
Take out the cake and immediately spread it on bananas.
