Cottage cheese-pumpkin cookies
Useful, delicious biscuits, and for kids who do not like curd and pumpkin, especially. PS: the output of the finished cookies is 1.6 kg, so you can do half the norm.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    700 g

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    300 g

  • Olive oil

    70 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    70 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Cooking

Pumpkin peel, cut into cubes and boil in small amount of water. It will take 10 - 12 minutes.

Weigh the sugar and add to the bowl of a food processor.

Pour both types of oil. Beat until fluffy mass, one to enter eggs.

To turn on the oven to warm up. In a bowl add curd and soda, mix on low speed.

The cooled pumpkin blend in a blender or with a pestle. Put in a bowl and mix.

Mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon.

To change the nozzle combine the hook and knead the dough.

The dough is sticky, work with it with your hands greased with oil. A teaspoon to take a piece of dough and make a ball. Put on the laid baking sheet.

Baked the cookies at 180 - 190 degrees, 20 to 25 minutes.
