Pie-second
This very large and tasty pie and want to confess of love to all my fellow Cooks!!! Thank you for being there!!! I love you so much!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    650 g

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Ryazhenka

    400 ml

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Figure

    500 ml

  • Heart

    1.1 kg

  • Parsley

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    30 ml

Knead the dough. Helps me in this bread maker.

For the filling, boil the rice. Cool. Boil the heart. Cranks the grinder. Fry in a pan chopped medium onion and mix with the heart. A little stew. The toppings I had very much. The baking pan 30×40cm height of 6 cm!!! Spread the dough on the work surface, obtinem and divide into 2 parts. Roll out second piece of dough and cut with pizza cutter or roll dough into strips.

Lay the strips of dough forming the pie. Mix the egg with the milk and grease the top. Give the cake about 15-20 minutes for proofing. Sent in a preheated 180* the oven.

Bake for 40-50 minutes. Be guided by Your oven!!! The cake is ready!!! Let cool slightly and remove from the mold. You can call friends, guests and even the neighbors (without fanaticism)!!!

I always use baking yeast SAF-MOMENT! It is very convenient!!!
