Unleavened bread with onions and bacon
For fans of fast bread making this option very much! The bread I made with roasted onions, bacon, olives, with fresh rosemary and thyme was very tasty and flavorful!! Yet this is the bread I made from 3 types of flour, it turned out obscenely delicious! Be sure to cook this option, I'm sure you and he will love it!

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

  • Rye flour

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    15 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    1 sprig

  • Thyme

    3 sprig

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Green olives

    10 piece

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Bran

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl sift all the flours, salt, sugar, baking powder.

In vegetable oil fry the finely chopped onion and bacon.

In flour, add the thyme leaves and chopped rosemary.

Pour the yogurt and mix well.

Add fried onion and bacon with the oil in which they were roasted, finely chopped olives.

Knead the dough and form a ball.
