Cooking
In a bowl sift all the flours, salt, sugar, baking powder.
In vegetable oil fry the finely chopped onion and bacon.
In flour, add the thyme leaves and chopped rosemary.
Pour the yogurt and mix well.
Add fried onion and bacon with the oil in which they were roasted, finely chopped olives.
Knead the dough and form a ball.
Put the dough on the parchment, to make blunt side of a knife cuts, brush the surface with milk and sprinkle with bran. Bake at 180 gr 40 min. to dry splinter.
The finished bread cool completely on wire rack.
