I offer you the recipe is delicious, flavorful and beautiful appetizer of pumpkin. It will perfectly decorate the holiday table. As the mushrooms I used king oyster mushroom, but you can also take any other mushrooms, including champignons. Depending on the number of guests you can cook several pumpkins.

Cooking
For cooking we will need a small pumpkin, sliced smoked brisket, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions.
Cut top of pumpkin. If the top is problematic to cut, then send the pumpkin in the oven for a few minutes to give it some softness.
Remove the seeds from the pumpkin.
To slice for the filling, onions, peppers, mushrooms.
Heat a pan and fry the bacon for a minute. Add the remaining stuffing and saute until browned brisket.
Ready stuffing a little pepper and salt.
Stuff the pumpkin with stuffing.
Close the pumpkin top and bake in the oven at 190°C for 20 minutes.
Cooked pumpkin to cool and cut into slices.
